These gentlemen helped us out neat Nipomo while my son and I were on a road trip down in San Diego. We drive up north like every year, and I'm so relieved to know Valencia's Towing will be here to help if anything happens on our next trip. You don't regret working with them!!

My Ford E350 lost power in the inside lane of the 5 before the Vista del Lago exit - at Pyramid Lake. I did get it off on the median next to the guardrail It was around 4 when I called AAA and they said 45 min. 3 hrs later and many calls, texts etc, a beautiful flat bed toe truck pulled over and the owner and his wife were incredible. He managed to safely secure my van on his brand new flatbed in the dark with Friday night traffic and zero wiggle room- and got us both back home safely. My mother locked herself out of her car while vacuuming at the carwash. I called numerous places with crazy prices n the wait was over an hour long .Finally, someone who actually cares about the person on the other end of the phone! He assured me he would be quick n the quote was reasonable. He responded with a smile, did the job in seconds, said have a nice day n he was on his way out!
