Totally clueless
DO NOT USE. Unfortunately this company does not value their reputation in town and chooses to employ dishonest individuals with no customer service skills. Claudia in particular , has zero personable attributes to make her truth worthy and zero empathy for other businesses in town. There are several other companies for Air Conditioning or refrigeration maintenance to use. Save yourself the money and time by going to a reputable company. I wondered why they couldn't keep enough service technicians employed, but now I see it's probably because they are dishonest.
