I just had the best experience this afternoon at the Bakersfield California Avenue location of UBreakiFix by Asurion! For some reason, my carrier was trying to get me to replace my iPhone13. I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me.
Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful!
They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!!

Very satisfied. Easy to set up appointment, very timely in the did it took less time than they thought only like 1 hour. Staff were helpful and polite. Fixed my screen quick and easy, reasonable price.
Great overall. Fair price quick to fix had an Xbox one x with hard drive failure they priced it for a hard drive internal replacement and external replacement great price for both being a 1tb was told about week and I would get my system back, got a message two days after I dropped it off it was ready.
