We had mobile screen repair. I absolutely love how easy this was. Worth the cost by far! Tech was very friendly and patient considering I didn’t realize he would be taking my phone to his van and I invited him in. 10/10 experience.

First time using my insurance for a broken screen and for 2 months I kept putting up with broken screen. It was so hard to text but didn't want to deal with someone trying to fix screen..so I finally had it a decided to give it a shot..so yes this dummy mainly me should of done it when it first happened because my phone is like it's new again..so thank you for fixing my phone it works great.

I brought my phone in for repair (IPhone 14 Pro Max). It had been dropped and a large crack appeared. It was a very expensive repair. I dropped it off and went to get some lunch. Five minutes later they actually came by while I was ordering and told me only the protective glass screen was cracked. They could have "done" the repair and I'd have never known and would have paid the large bill. I value integrity and thanked them for their honesty. They said, "no problem!" They have earned my business and are an honest and fair business.
