i was incredibly fortunate to be tattooed by javi (@javixtatuajes) in june of 2025! i had been wanting an american traditional piece for a while, and really loved his flash. javi was so welcoming throughout the entire process and everything went so smoothly. the shop was clean, comfortable and all of the artists had a great vibe. i ended up getting flowers around my elbow, and he was so patient with me as it was a pretty tender spot. it’s healed beautifully and i will definitely be frequenting top hat for more ink!!
I’ve been tattooed 3 times at this shop and every single visit has been stellar. The shop is clean, calm, and friendly.
My first tattoo was done here by Javier (@javixtatuajes on ig) when I was 19 and I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. He put a lot of energy into making sure I was getting what I wanted along with a quality visit since he knew I was nervous. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit, so I’ve had Javier tattoo me two more times since then.

I go to Roach every time I get a tattoo and I'm always so thrilled with his work. I've been coming back to him for four years now and he never fails to create a welcoming atmosphere. All of the pieces that I have from him are my favorite and I am always looking for an excuse to show them off. What a kind and talented person. Thanks again Roach!! :)
