Everything Laurie said would happen, did. We listed on Friday the 13th and by the 17th (lucky St. Patrick’s Day!) we had multiple offers, including over asking. It all came together so quickly, but it never felt rushed or stressful, just smooth from start to finish.

When we decided to relocate from California, the market was experiencing a bit of a downturn in pricing.
