I had the pleasure of working with William, Frank, Sheeza and their team on the sale of my late father’s home. The home, which he lived in for nearly 50 years, is a modest home particularly in today’s market which is full of $500,000+ homes. It also needed some serious TLC on the inside as my dad hadn’t updated anything probably since the 1990s. The roof and AC were new but the flooring, paint and appliances were most definitely not. I’m talking things like 1980’s linoleum that was peeling, dirty and about three decades removed from its useful life. From the moment I met the Gordon Team they treated me, and my dad’s home, like we were the most important home they had for sale. I half expected them to turn down the listing given the work that needed done and the fact that it was not going to be a big sale but I was completely wrong. They did this without any pressure to sign on with them and with the utmost patience in answering any question that came into my head. I signed on with them as I had such a good impression and felt like I had made a good choice. Then I met Sheeza and I knew, without a doubt, that there were no better hands my dad’s home could be in than those of the Gordon Team. Sheeza could bring about world peace if she set her mind to it. She is a dynamo. She is beyond amazing and I wish I could hire her, and her team, to run the other parts of my life as this home sale went from my personal nightmare to the easiest thing imaginable all because I found the Gordon Team. I can say, without hesitation, that they treated myself, and my dad’s home, just like they do million-dollar homes they sell. Their level of professionalism, compassion, communication and support is unparalleled. I cannot recommend them enough.
