NOT GOOD Very unprofessional and ripped off services. I schedule general cleaning in my apartment for every week first they complain with every thing, but then they ask more and more money to do the general cleaning even on 2nd visit. They gonna try to put the blame for increasing charges on the cleaning lady. Very bad experience.IServices: General housekeeping

Susy and her crew are amazing! I needed a deep house clean after having the floors done. Susy came to my residence for a walk through and we scheduled for the day after.They arrived promptly the day of the job and worked very efficiently. What I am most impressed with is the attention to detail and thoroughness of the cleaning. I really wanted to make sure all surfaces, walls, furniture, and tiles were taken care of and Susy exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended.Service: Deep clean

Tried to give them a chance to make things right before posting this and they have completely ghosted me. I paid to get my house deep cleaned ($450) I was unsure of getting this service because I had gotten cheaper quotes from 2 other cleaning companies. But the guy assured me on the phone, "anything you see in your house will be deep cleaned." He said it would be 5 hours, 2 people cleaning for 5 hours at $450.. nope. They only took 3 hours, snuck out the front so I couldn't look over the "cleaning" left and didn't deep clean at all. The floors were not cleaned, bathroom looked the same. I've called, emailed, text pictures of what they missed to try to get an explanation, anything.. nothing. This whole situation made me very uncomfortable and now these people have been in my home. Do not recommend, do not trust, do not let them take your money.

We remodeled our entire kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom, closets and pantry. It was a three week process (with tile removal in every room) so you can only imagine the mess. Susy answered her phone promptly scheduled cleaners out the day after we finished the remodel, Saturday. The cleaners did a great job with the level of mess that we had. They cleaned the walls, trim, and floors of the concrete and tile dust. I would recommend them to clean post-construction or on a regular basis.Service: Post-construction cleaning
