Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service.
I was given one price at first, then a different price, and then yet another price. The lack of transparency and consistency was a major red flag.
On top of that, the work they did was absolutely terrible. Poor quality, careless, and far below any acceptable standard. What we received did not match what was promised at all.
This business shows no professionalism, no honesty in pricing, and no pride in their work. I strongly regret trusting them with my dog and would never recommend this place to anyone.
I don't know them very well yet. But they were polite and went straight to work on Ellie May's nails, and for a little 14 year old toothless dog that still doesn't like it, they were done in minutes from my walking in door. At a very good price too me . I thank them, they are our new groomers.
