Ryan Smith at Society 9 was absolutely amazing with my daughter during her first ear piercing experience. She was pretty nervous going in, but Ryan was incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring every step of the way.
What really stood out to me was how he made sure to speak directly to her and confirm that she truly wanted the piercings and felt ready. That level of care and respect made a huge difference and helped turn what could have been a stressful moment into a positive and memorable experience.

I needed a piercing removed ASAP for a medical appointment and hadn’t been able to take it out myself in over 10 years. Ryan was incredibly professional, calm, and friendly. He removed it quickly and painlessly, and I felt such a huge sense of relief afterward. I’m so grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Thank you again!
