As of 2025: Always out of stock of the best items. A handful of employees are kind of rude and snobbish, always talking amongst themselves. Even the manager ignores customers. It seems like the nicer employees are usually the newer ones.
When doing online order with in-store pickup, they leave you waiting for awhile before anyone thinks to attend to you. Same thing if you’re the only person in line, no one will come to help you until many minutes have passed and the line begins to grow.
The reason I continue to visit this location is simply out of convenience, and that there are some employees who are still courteous and attentive.

Why does only the younger staff work? I went today and the store was busy. I saw 3 older employees and tried to ask for help- they all 3 shewed me away and insisted that only one person was able to help me and he was currently ringing someone up. I waited and watched while the three old ladies walked around literally doing nothing while this guy was working his butt off. I’d quit in a heartbeat. Poor management. Kick ass staff.
