Crown Royal Nails Lounge is a local nail salon that offers a pleasant experience with friendly staff. The salon is known for its cleanliness and attractive appearance. It is a popular spot for pedicures, with a variety of chairs available for customers. However, some customers may find the limited menu options and lack of nail color samples to be a drawback. Prices are slightly higher than other salons in the area. Despite this, many customers, including groups of friends and family, have had positive experiences and appreciate the friendly and accommodating service they receive. Overall, Crown Royal Nails Lounge is a nice place to get a pedicure and socialize with friends and family.
The nail tech was very patient and sweet with the high-energy 8-year-old I brought. There seemed to be a leak though so it was kind of a mess, especially around the pedi stations where my 18-yr-old was getting a pedicure. And they kept bouncing the 8 year old from one side of the salon to the other before she was finally able to sit and get her nails painted.
The cleanliness of the place could definitely be better. It was dirty almost everyone: floors, walls, desks, chairs etc which concerned me with getting my nails done. Though, when it was finished, I couldn’t complain because they looked really good and the people that helped me were really sweet. Instead of the nails techs sitting on their devices waiting for customers, they should use this time to deep clean the place and make that first impression a good one.
The 5 stars is only in regards to Kim. I love coming here only for Kim, she always gets me right with my pedicures and is always so sweet to talk to. She takes extra care of my toes and gives them attention when needed.
