7/12/26 Tried to run plumber snake in bathroom sink. Got stuck. Gerald from Rotorooter came and had to replace entire pop up. Great guy. So kind and professional. Thank you Gerald Bradford!
I worked with Luke M., Keith G., Luis R. Santiago, and Dakota D. The whole team was punctual professional had incredible teamwork and did a great job making sure I was fully satisfied before leaving I was really impressed with Luke and Luis in particular Luke was helpful in answering any and all of my questions and made sure to finish installing the mainline cleanout befor leaving so we would still be able to use our water and Luis went above and beyond on the work they were doing even picked up the yard of some broken branches when that wasn't his responsibility overall I am super satisfied with the results. I can’t recommend Roto-Rooter enough! After a pipe burst Edgar was at my home in less than an hour. They quickly repaired & set up professional grade drying equipment. He helped make a terrible situation far less stressful. He explained the entire mitigation process, followed up with me daily. He also helped me with filing a claim & working with our insurance adjuster. Skilled, professional, & exceptional communication.
