I called Ron for a problem involving our outdoor plumbing system, which could have turned into a huge problem. He and his assistant, Jacob, arrived in a timely manner, and I was extremely impressed with their knowledge as well as their professionalism. They were both so polite! Ron's fee was very reasonable--especially compared to some of the bigger plumbing and rooter companies that I have previously used! Ron is obviously one of the decent and honest plumbers out there, and I know that my family and I will be using his services again, for any other issues we have.
