Chris is very attentive he knows how to work with my acne, a lot of estheticians feared doing extractions or did very minimal due to inflammation he is full of knowledge and answers all my questions. I have never felt embarrassed talking to him or letting him touch my face I've dealt with acne my whole life and I have finally found someone that gives me hope

I recently completed the one-year membership and loved my experience the entire time. I started due to hormonal acne concerns and over a year later, my skin has improved so much in terms of texture and tone. If I wasn’t relocating for work, I would have kept going since I find myself excited whenever I had an upcoming appt. I mainly went to the northwest location and love the girls handling the front and enjoyed my facials each time, which makes it all more worth it imo. I believe all calls regarding appointments and memberships are handled through the downtown location, and they’re also super easygoing and helpful. I spoke with Taylor regarding my situation and she made the cancellation process seamless and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back during holidays or whenever I get the chance :)
