This is a if I could I would give more than 5 stars review. Im in LA county so I believe at least part of my experience can be attributed to some other location, but Sean at the Bakersfield location was the most recent person to help me, so I’m leaving this review here.While I have one of their softening systems for the whole house, I want to specifically talk about their reverse osmosis filter. Reason being that my house has had the water softening system since I bought it so I can’t speak to the difference in water quality with compared to without the system.I would have never bought a reverse osmosis system, it just doesn’t sound like it’s worth the investment....read full review
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My family has been a Rayne water customer for nearly 30 years. We have both a water softener and reverse osmosis units. We have been extremely satisfied with not only the quality and taste of the water but also the great service. Sean always goes the extra mile to carefully and meticulously make sure things are working properly and get fixed quickly if needed. The team is extremely professional and trustworthy. We highly recommend Rayne water!
