After having a lengthy conversation with Elizabeth, I was told I would receive a return call. I reached several time by text and voicemail but was never contacted again. Very unprofessional!

Very unprofessional. Come in without your opinions, because they don't matter. They ask what you're looking for and will just ridicule you and make you look less than a human. I've worked with better agencies. Go to express professional employment. They are professional and only have nice things to say.

Completely unprofessional environment. Came here just to take a typing test, receptionist was super sweet, but a man (not sure who he is) came out and demanded over and over that I take my mask off even tho I am immuno-compromised. This is The United States of America, land of the free, so where's my freedom to mask? Also, after I started my test, they began singing Happy Birthday in the same room as me which gave me a lower score than usual. Not sure if it was on purpose but I felt it was due to the heated conversation between us just 5 minutes before.
