WARNING Do NOT USE THIS CARPET SERVICE!! If I can give a -5 review I would! I paid $160 for terrible very wet carpet cleaning job that did not dry at all it started to smell. I called the nest day no response. I contacted him several times. Finally he dropped at my door Arm and Hammer powder this doesn't seem to be his first time getting complaints. He didn't even offer to fix it that must have been his solution for me to sprinkle powder over the top of his wet mess. What a nightmare! I had to hire a professional fix it. Paid twice to have the same job done. He did not offer a refund so don't expect great customer service go elsewhere everyone.

Last minute request, first class service! We called Ramos Floor and Cleaning Service to clean our carpets after seeing the service truck pass us. It was a long shot to have him come out but he said send me the address and I'll be right over. Showed him the two rooms and our area carpet once he arrived and he gave us a great deal on all three. He explained everything he was going to do and got right to work. Him and his son were very friendly, informative and helpful. Rooms turns out great and our area rug looking brand new again.
