They got customers onto the schedule incredibly fast and knocked out the entire job in one day. Their dedication, honesty, and hard work truly shine through. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
My phone call to Premier AC & Heating Services was answered by a real person (the owner), rather than an answering service who would have then sent a text message. This business is locally owned owned and operated, which is a big plus in my book. After discussing my problem on the phone, the owner then arranged a time to come by and assess the problem with my equipment, said time a few hours from my call. I received notice via text message when he was on his way to my home, and he arrived on time, which was another plus. Emanuel was very quick to get back to me told me he would be there in 25 minutes and was right on time. He was very professional replaced the a/c condenser changed the filters and was done in a timely manor.
