I loved the class and enjoyed how it was a small class, so the instructor can still focus on you. Also I already did recommend the class to my friends. We're planning on signing up for the 2 week unlimited to try out the other classes
The kindness and willingness of the staff to help and open to new clients. Ive been to other studios in town, and none of then have as helpful and enjoyable instructors as Poise. I felt like I was welcome from the very first class and not a newbie or outsider. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.
Loved Maile's TRX class and how engaged she is with everyone's level. Truly felt like a comfortable experience for someone who is at a beginner level, but also challenges those who are advanced while ensuring form is correct. Will definitely be back!
