Paula did my taxes for 2011 and 2012. The IRS told me that they were done incorrectly. I am being fined for Paula's incompetence. She did not input my information correctly.

Paula has filed my taxes for several years now. She has always done an excellent job, with great communication, fast turnaround times, and very reasonable rates. When I was originally looking for someone to file my taxes, I was based in California. I wanted someone based in the same state who I would be comfortable communicating with completely online (using email and DocuSign and no in-person visits). Paula has done a great job of handling all of my tax filing remotely. She is professional, communicates well and takes care of everything. You are in good hands with Paula!

When I sought help with our taxes, I noticed that Paula had a near perfect score on yelp. There was only one negative review, which interpreted correctly was positive and neutral: Paula has a family business, owns a dog, and isn't up to some guy's attractiveness standards. I scrutinized all the other reviews, made a list of questions, and started an email exchange with her. She was prompt, straightforward, patient, and I was convinced she would do an excellent job handling our taxes remotely.
