Shout out to Kaiser urgent care for having us in and out. Staff is amazing and perfectly organized. Very clean and spotless. Honestly the best experience every time we have to stop in to see a doctor!!
The remodeling looks fantastic: the space is clean, modern, and clearly updated. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an extremely frustrating process.
I waited 2 hours and 36 minutes, which is unacceptable. There was a clear lack of streamlined communication between KP and Priority Urgent Care. The medication prescribed for me was for a common URI, and I am not diabetic. However, I was later told by KP that the prescription submitted was intended for “diabetics.” Instead of informing me of any issue when I checked in, I was allowed to wait the entire time for it to be filled, only to then be told there was a problem.

Recently updated the pharmacy waiting area. Now has privacy screens between each window. The waiting line can get long and exhausting to wait in. A little music overhead would be helpful to pass the time in line.
