Tracy was absolutely amazing! Not only was she so kind and communicative, but she painted my nails exactly like the inspo picture I showed her. The atmosphere is great, and all the other workers are very friendly. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend this salon!!

I walked into great customer service, as well as welcoming soothing relaxing vibes! Tracy at chair 9 helped me out, asked what I wanted and made sure we were both on the same page before getting started. She took her time, & omg they turned out Great! I’ll be back 4 sure!

Palazzo is the best place to go! They're salon is always clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor! My nails always look amazing. Staff is awesome! I won't go anywhere else. I can hardly wait for my next appointment.
