If I could give 10 stars I would! I honestly can't thank this shop enough for helping me when I really needed it. I was driving from Merced to Las Vegas when something told me I should stop and get my oil changed. When I pulled into another shop, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because my car had an active coolant leak. At that point, I was in Bakersfield, hours away from home and still hours away from my destination. My experience with On Site was great! They were able to schedule my car diagnostic right away. When David realized it's a problem the dealership might cover under warranty, he actually called them for me to verify and referred me to them to save me money.
