We hired New Era Siding for a full exterior facelift on our home, and while they weren’t the cheapest bid, we were focused on quality—and they delivered. Their craftsmanship completely transformed the house, taking 50 years off the exterior and bringing our remodel vision to life beautifully.
If I had to name one area of opportunity, it would be improving proactive communication. There were a few hiccups that could have been avoided with a bit more consistent check-in and clarity. That said, they were always responsive and handled everything we brought up with care.
