Monarch Home Services was kind of annoying in their constant texts about scheduling a service call! But when I finally was ready to have them come to my home and check out the AC unit they worked with me on scheduling. Ray and Jose arrived and were very polite and professional. I explained what my purpose in having them do the inspection. They got right to it. They explained clearly and concisely what they found and asked pertinent questions. Jose got busy on the roof cleaning what he could. Ray worked up estimates for the ductwork. Once I chose the option the paperwork for the financing went quickly.
