I've been to several other urgent cares here in Bakersfield. And I will say that memorial urgent care in my experience was by far the best. They were fast on getting me in and out of there. All the staff were very polite. I will definitely be coming back if and when I do.
Get ready to wait over an hour and a half with an appointment. Workers' comp horrible and stressful times they don't make it any better not equipped to handle what they take on.
Front desk receptionist, with thick big eyelashes and dark brown hair with blonde streaks in the front, was very rude to everyone who walked in she was constantly throwing down the clipboards, making loud signs when having to do her job. I watched her put someone on hold for 10-15 min and that person hung up. They called back and got another receptionist and was upset for how long she was on hold for and the rude receptionist said”she hung up and called back ? she’s mad? Because she had to wait it was only 3 min.” Extremely unprofessional.
