Kaiser overall puts their profits above patient care and it's to the point of patients lacking essential care that could prolong life and keep their patients comfortable and healthy. I am so disgusted at the lack of treatment and follow up that has happened with my Mom especially in the care of Dr. Lee and Dr. Llama. Their lack of doing anything in a timely manner is abhorrent and needs to be called out. Kaiser failed my Mother by not listening to her, and misdirecting her treatment for years. Kaiser and their doctors are a stain on this amazing country we live in.

I was nervous about having my prescription filled timely when I saw the line. I was extremely happy when my name showed up on the board only after 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, and I was extremely pleased with my experience.

DONT EVER GO HERE! the providers don't even know that they are doing! I've been bleeding and vomiting and they send me to the ER just because they were about to close in 30 min that's how much they care for their patients...Also my mom went here before and they send her to the most ghetto ER Across town where you have to be attended next to an inmate... she was having a asthma attack!!! This is what you pay for Medical negligence and incompetence. definitely Changing my assurance ASAP!
