Everyone was very friendly, especially Max. I learned a lot about my eyes through him and what I need to do. He explained everything in a professional way so did the doctor and the staff was very nice and polite. Thank you to all of you.
I absolutely loved the service I received today with Dr. Friedman. He is by far the best optometrist I’ve seen at the Gosford location. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the optometrist I saw last year, so today’s experience was a huge and very appreciated difference. I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Friedman’s care and would highly recommend him.
My family and I had an outstanding experience at Li & Lao! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Our 10 year old had a great experience, thank you!
