I love this place, and you wouldn't believe it, the young ladies at the front were like the etiquette police, all prim and proper. They made me feel as if I'd wandered into a fancy tea party! They were so attentive, I half expected them to offer me a monocle and top hat. They practically put "red carpet treatment" to shame. If I even hinted that I might need something, they were on it faster than you can say "high tea." ??

I've ordered from them twice and haven't had any issues. I'm not understanding the 1 star reviews. The shipping is a little slow but if you order from anywhere around holiday seasons EXPECT slower shipping times. That's kinda common sense. Yes your payment card is charged immediately but why would anyone want it to be delayed? If you owned a business and someone ordered off your website, wouldn't you take your money right away so you know the transaction is approved before going through the entire process and hassle of getting someone's order together and ready to ship then finding out the payment card was declined? I've been buying products from them since December. The only time it took was right before Christmas which is understandable with covid and everyone buying things online. I've continued to buy from them and never have an issue I love kiara sky
