Had an apt. a few days ago. Office staff is very friendly. Doctor is very professional and proficient. Overall experience was great with the office. My only complaint would be some of the patients who go there. I commend the staff for some of the people they have to put up with. Over 30mins late and some people have the NERVE to be rude to the staff like if it’s their fault?! People can be very demanding and I’ll mannered when having to sign in for services. I no longer have this eye doctor since changing insurances but I always recommend him when I hear someone looking for awesome eye Dr! Dr Holiwell is very attentive, loads of patience for his little patients and he also has an amazing staff working for him. Always a clean reception/waiting room.
