Ken's Optical is simply outstanding! Matt and Mercedes went out of their way, to answer any and all questions I had. Great customer service, prices and communication throughout the process. I can't emphasize enough the pricing as well as variety available. A great local retailer, I'll definitely be exclusively be using them in the future for my families needs. Support a local business, they beat the competitors in all aspects!

One of the best businesses in Bakersfield.I have been here twice. Matt Q. is excellent. You can ask him any question about glasses, and he will you give a straight and fair answer. He won't try to upcharge or sell you something to make a quick dollar. No, he works with you to ensure you are satisfied when you leave the story. GO HERE. You're blind if you read this and still choose not to go here. Don't be a fool. If ye has eyes, then behold a good business.

Ken's Optical is the BEST​ place to get your glasses in Bakersfield. I shopped at a number of optical businesses in town. One wanted to "get me into their system" and "have their technician assist me" when I only wanted to look at frames. Another had the audacity to ask for my date of birth just to shop! When they insisted on having my birth date merely to look around, I walked out. No other business has ever asked me for my date of birth simply to shop. Then I went to see Matt at Ken's Optical. Matt was great! He was fine with me bringing in my own frame. The glasses he made are well done, fit well and are much thinner than my old lenses. He is a pleasure to work with....read full review
