First cataract removal went fine , after that completely unacceptable . Bumped from two appts. In one week. Second one I was called twice to come in for a three hour appt. Literally pulling in on time and was told I had to reschedule , 85 mile round trip and afternoon wasted. Lobby was filled , entry way the same and people setting on the sidewalk out side. Unfortunately the only cataract removal eye Doctors approved by my medical group. Will change medical groups and select one whose providers are not so casual about wasting my time and money. Just an insurance mill , stay away from these incompetents.

I took my mom to this place and it was fast and the Doctor was great he spoke Spanish for my mom.
My mom has been here before and she didn't not like it cause she was here for about 3 hours before she was seen.
So I think that there are days they take to long.

My eyes have been hurting for a few days, so I decided to use my insurance. This place came up first. What can I say? Well, first, it was easy to find and had easy parking. As soon I entered, the staff was friendly and inviting, just make sure you have your ID or Drivers License, and Insurance card. Everyone that helped me, was super nice and professional. The Dr was knowledgeable and explain what was going on. I felt comfortable. Thank you to the staff for making my first visit and experience pleasant.
