They are very sweet and professional over the phone. I had an appointment at noon and they had to push back due to a call out; which was fine and not their fault. I'm glad they were able to communicate well about it. Now for a deep clean, they did alright on the deep clean. Beware they use square for payment that has fees. (The fee I got was $20). They stated that they would send me an email about payment but I just received a receipt of them charging me. They were okay for a deep clean for moving out of a rental. Pros: Clean floors, smelled great, took care of the dog fur I couldn't sweep up, cleaned stove inside and out Cons: Damaged a cabinet door, a blind was damaged, fridge was not cleaned

The company responded in a timely manner. However, I would personally not use their services again. I had to ask them to come out twice to clean the house because there were many spots that were missed and there was even trash left in one of my cabinets. Though they did provide me with discounts, I am still not fully satisfied with the cleaning job and will be moving forward with another company.

Considering the work it was ok. When I got to the apartment it was clean but not $600+ clean. It was a 3.5 hr job that turned into a 6+hr job. The mirrors were not cleaned, there was still stuff on the floor that wasn't swept and whatever they used for mopping left streaks on the floor. I personally would not use them again. O was told I would be given a invoice via text and still haven't received it.Services: Office cleaning
