They are very sweet and professional over the phone. I had an appointment at noon and they had to push back due to a call out; which was fine and not their fault. I'm glad they were able to communicate well about it. Now for a deep clean, they did alright on the deep clean. Beware they use square for payment that has fees. (The fee I got was $20). I reached out to them last minute on a Saturday morning ( yesterday ) because I need it someone to clean our new home as we where moving in, I was able to get someone by 2pm that did an amazing job and left the home sparkling clean her name is Sharonda I will highly recommend her and Katiebugs cleaning . They respond immediately and are very friendly. Will definitely be requesting their services again.
