I have been a patient with Kasier for over 26 years. There have been ups and down with it. Today was a hard day for me. I had to hug and say good bye to Wendy Knight is retiring from there. She has been in my life for most of my ups and downs. She is amazing. She hugs when I had tears, cheer with me with my babies were born, held my hand when I was afraid in my health scare. She treated me like family not just another patients. Thank you so much for being so amazing. I truly believe that I wouldn’t have made it thru my pregnancy off my first daughter. I had a great experience at the Kaiser Permanente GYN office today. Dr. Patel and Valery (MOA) were absolutely amazing. I went in to have my Nexplanon removed and an IUD placed, and although I got very pale and dizzy during the procedure, they took such great care of me.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and reassuring the entire time. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me apple juice and crackers, and stayed with me until I felt better. I truly felt supported and cared for.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and professional gynecological care. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience feel safe and manageable!

Kristine Isenman PA and her team are the best she takes the time to listen to my concerns. she is compassionate. And Kind. Her team helps make sure that we get the quickest apointments and goes over the paper work on my way out to make sure the dates and times work for me. They take the time to make sure I know when and where I need to go. I am very blessed to have them in charge of my care

I personally have come here many times over the years for care and have seen many great doctors. Currently I saw my New OB Dr. Renner for the first time today. She is very nice, friendly, and caring. She answered all my questions and concerns very well. I overall am glad I have her as my OB hopfully for my first full term pregnancy.

The staff is always very kind and helpful. When I’ve had any questions, they provide detailed answers, when they’re unable to answer a question they contact my doctor. I have appreciated their professional at each visit.

There are so many great things I can say about my experience this pregnancy. With my last pregnancy, I had different insurance and it was just awful. Luckily, I have Kaiser now and I’m so glad I got to experience the pregnancy and delivery I wanted. I am considered high risk so good care is crucial. I always felt heard every time I brought up a concern, Dr. Poles always took the time to address it and gave me the reassurance I needed. He is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. He did everything possible to make sure my baby and I had the best possible outcome. One thing I really appreciated was he took the time to make sure I got help from the resources I needed postpartum. I can’t forget to mention how great his assistant Olivia was. She’s very sweet and always made sure to ask the right questions. My family is now complete after having this baby. But to the expecting mothers, you’ll get the best care with Dr. Poles.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Nelson and nurse Vanessa at Kaiser Discovery Plaza. Dr. Nelson took the time to thoroughly listen to my needs, my medical history, and my current situation. For the first time in a long time, I truly felt heard. Both Dr. Nelson and Vanessa were polite, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Every question I asked was answered with clarity and genuine care.
I’ve been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder issues for years, and seeing Dr. Nelson gave me something I haven’t had in a long time—hope. She helped me understand where my pain is coming from and laid out a solid, realistic plan to address it. I walked out feeling better, not just physically but mentally, knowing I finally have a clear path forward.
I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by both Dr. Nelson and Vanessa. They are an outstanding team.
