Easy to schedule with Robert. Stevie, my Physical Therapist, is great. She provides me practical exercises that I can do at home while keeping me on track to be 100% soon. If anything is too much, she never pushes, ensuring I’m consistent but not flaring up my injury. My appointments are 100% worth it and I don’t dread them. :)

First time at this facility. It was easy to find thanks to Google Maps. There was plenty of parking. Thank goodness I saw the sign for physical therapy where I parked. Otherwise, I would've walked to the front of the building. The entrance to where my appt was looked as though it was only for employees, so maybe a sign at the front of the gate would be helpful for first-timers! The receptionist was kind, and I waited maybe less than 10 minutes. My doctor was very kind, he was very informative. First time at physical therapy, so I was a little bummed I didn't get to do any exercises on the main floor. We just stayed in the room. The rooms were a typical doctors office room, although I didn't notice any exam table paper on the bed, so I hope that before a person lies down, it is placed there. I wasn't made any in person follow-up appointments, I don't mind since I do have a copay and the exercises I was told to do, I can do at home or work.

I had appointment at 11:30 am I left my my work an hour drive from the the appointment location I arrived 11:40 at the location. I have been sitting in the main lobby for 20 minutes and there was nobody to attend me. After 20 minutes a person walked from out side saying he supposed to attend me for my appointment at 11:30 he can’t attend me today I have to reschedule my appointment. I have tried to call them to let them know I’m running 10 minutes late but no one answered.
