Cesar was extremely thorough when servicing our pool. We had an algae problem that our previous service providers were unable to treat, and our chemicals were completely unbalanced. Cesar pinpointed the problem within minutes and determined our pool needed to be drained and cleaned with a chemical rebalance. He was knowledgeable and patient when explaining the issues to me.
