I injured my back at Amazon and they sent me here. The doctor told me to get a new job instead of providing me with any advice on how to help my back. I wasn’t surprised to see this place have a 1.4 star rating when I looked it up. Would not recommend coming here. Definitely not worth it.

Front desk personal was very nice. I went for a physical and drug test. Nothing unusual or bad to say. Those that performed the tests to the nurses and doctors were all nice. I was there when they opened and was out 2 hours later it wasn’t to bad.

This place should be closed down. As many have stated before, if there was an option to select 0 stars this place would have zero stars. If your employer uses this place as their occupational health facility then it truly says a lot about your employer. I hope you have better long term plans for employment. This place has zero interest in neutrality, much less your health or well-being. From the dilapidated building to the long wait times, the rude customer service to the questionable backgrounds of the providers, there is nothing acceptable about this place.
