As much as I’d love to give this a 5 star- I think since the gym is slightly older it’s not the most excellent place as far as updates. But I love this gym. The employees are amazing. It has a sauna and a pool and a hot tub. They took care of facilities are very convenient. They always have towels to use as well.

I really like the coffee location because it's so close to my work and so many work out areas I really like spent class. I like that they offer other group exercise and they have indoor pool and out door pool and sauna.

This gym is beyond great! I enjoy going everyday to do cardio/workout. The environment is very clean and organized. Also, the atmosphere is very friendly and respectful by the staff and members. I continue to positively brag about this gym to my friends and family. Lastly, I have recommended them, some have joined, and they’ve agreed with me that this gym is amazing!
