After taking with a few other AC companies and getting quotes to replace my evap coils, there was no doubt in my mind that Hillcrest was the company I wanted to go with. Their bid was the most competitive, I had a sense/feeling they were the most honest, and they communicated during the whole process.
These guys really come through for my family. AC went out and they priced me out something reasonable. They were completely honest with me and kept consistent communication with me. Shout out to Steve and his team for working so hard to get my unit up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Stephen and Roland were both excellent. I appreciate the transparency. Roland took time to show us each part, explaining the part’s function and why the part should be replaced. I have full confidence in this company and the price was on point!
