As Dad’s family, we want to share how truly grateful we are for the compassion we were shown during such a tender and difficult time. From the very beginning, Carlos treated us with so much patience and understanding. He was incredibly attentive, especially when we had last‑minute changes, and he made us feel supported in a moment when everything felt overwhelming. Our funeral advisor, Alexsis, was very cordial and knowledgeable, didn’t rush us, took the time to discuss our needs. Flexible in meeting our appointment schedule, appreciated his willingness to share several options to meet our wishes and needs. Beautiful area, peace of mind in completing these important family arrangements with dignity and respect.
During our loved ones funeral everything was good, thank you. I do have one complaint though, while I know it doesn't happen to just us it would be greatly appreciated that one someone new is buried, if the diggers could please leave the things in the other grave sites how they found it and not just thrown on the ground
