Our water heater went out so based on reviews I called Hector's Plumbing. Within an hour, 2 technicians and then owner who is now retired, and his son came to the job to explain everything that we wanted to know. From traditional tanks, tankless, and heat pumps. Now that's customer service! It wasn't a sales pitch because I genuinely had questions, and they answered everything. As it turns out, Hector Sr. installed the original water heater approximately 20 years ago! That was really cool! They swapped out our current 50 gal tank water heater and it took about an hour. Called early in the day to see if I can have someone come to my house & give me an estimate and check out my leak . Spoke to the receptionist Amanda & she was awesome few hours later she had Erick come over to my house check out the problem & fix my leak all in 1hour of time & clean after them selves . I would highly recommend them if your in Bakersfield

Office communicated the arrival time, and they showed up right on time. They did the install and cleaned everything up afterwards. Very happy with their service and definitely recommend.
