We are very happy with the service we received today, the tech, Adrian, went out of his way to make sure he understood the problem and got to the bottom of it. He was extremely helpful in setting up our thermostat, also. We would recommend Gundlach's to our friends and family.

Joshua L came out today to service and inspect my elderly mother’s a/c unit. Because he had recommendations to make, he asked her if she would like him to call me to discuss his findings. I met Joshua and Steven at her house and they very thoroughly walked me through their suggestions. The level of respect that they showed to both of us was appreciated.
