I had Banner Air install a min-split system for my office. They did a great job, very professional. Every part of the install from the condenser, to the ceiling unit in the office and the thermostat mount were complete craftsmanship and shows that the techs really care.
They showed up on time at all 3 appointments, coordinated over text with me, and always made sure to tell me exactly what they were going to do each day and how long it might take to do so.

Outstanding prompt service. Banner Air has serviced our AC/Heating units for at least 20 years. On a hot Bakersfield day our AC needed repair, I called and in an hour expert service men arrived, anticipating what could be wrong. They had a new motor in their truck, and in another hour, we had AC. Amazing efficiency and excellent work. Thank you.
Called on Friday for service on our A/C, they were able to schedule us on Tuesday which is extremely quick given it is July and temps have been up to 115. Joseph was our service technician and he was extremely polite and thorough he went over our A/C cleaned and tightened up a couple things checked out thermostat and was going to check our air filter, it we change ours every 90 days so it was not necessary since we had just changed it July 1. This company offered us a great deal on spring and winter service. We will definitely be using them for all our A/C needs.
