I've been in the funeral business for 14 years and found myself criticizing services I've attended throughout the years in many places however the staff at Greenlawn really impressed me. Every staff member was friendly and professional doing more than I expected to ensure as pleasant an experience as one could hope for under the circumstances. Location was clean and spacious. It took me a couple of months to write this, but I wanted to extend my praise and thanks to Greenlawn SW for the great job they did with my Mom's memorial.
Mom passed at the beginning of March and we reached out to Greenlawn to get some information on cremation and memorial services. We met with Chelsie, who was incredibly patient and kind, especially since none of us really knew what we were doing. We ultimately decided to have Mom's memorial a month and a half after she passed to give family enough time to make arrangements to attend. The Greenlawn staff was very supportive after my mother passed. They have been compassionate, kind and very efficient with our burial arrangements. They do have a nice facility, pleasant and calming.
