I had a car accident and didn’t know or think I had any problems aside from regular pains for collision. I ended up having nerve damage in my neck that stemmed down to my back causing numbness. The team was invested in my wellbeing and healing. If something didn’t work for me, they didn’t stop until I was able to find a solution. JJ was very helpful, the nurse was always available if I had questions, and Haydee has been a great help in closing my case out. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with any accident.
All staff members who have helped me woth my motor vehicle accident process has been extremely helpful and patient while I navigate this stressful time in my life. Everything is explained thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. Thank you!
