We met Real Estate Agents Eric and Jesus earlier this year with the hope that they would help sell our first own rental property at least at the Fair Market Value. Well it took several months due to the house being an original build in 1909 which required more stringent requirements for first time buyers loans. They came through and helped us sell at the asking price. Both Eric and Jesus are very personable and professional. So much so, that we are entrusting them to sell our home here in Kern County as we’ve decided to move out of State to be closer to family. We appreciate everything our realtor George has done for us, we purchase a house back in March of 2024 but our house journey started in 2020. My husband and I were so excited about buying a home because the rates were great back then. We started out with a different realtor because his name is a high profile realtor in Bakersfield. Then we didn’t feel comfortable with purchasing a home with that realtor and so we waited. Then met our realtor George Hernandez through our local home loan officer. Great communication, someone that actually listens to your needs and suggests their professional opinion from the years of experience, not pushy attitude and tons of patience.
Eric checks all these boxes. I depend on Eric for advice for opportunities that can elevate the portfolio.
