I used Austin Heating and Air because my warranty company assigned them to me. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that in a 106-degree heatwave, they got to me the next day! Two young men came on time, diagnosed and repaired my issue within 35 minutes. I needed a new fan motor. I appreciated their text messages letting me know they were on their way too. All great!

I had an appt with Austin Heating & Air and Austin came on time and was thorough, quick and friendly. I've used Austin before and highly recommend their service. I will continue using this company.

As assigned by our home warranty, Felipe the AC Tech came to service our roof unit and was very efficient and professional in fixing our issues. This company came on time with the promised scheduled appointment. I recommend this company to anyone with AC problems. Ask for Felipe he will solve your AC problems quickly.
