Great experience for my blowout! I had it done with Savannah and she did a great job. Felt like she truly pampered me. Minus 1 star because the chair during the hair wash wasn't the most comfy and I feel like the receptionist working the front didn't listen to me. She was nice but I was trying to explain that I had bought a 3 pack package PLUS an additional blowout with the "first time discount" but she was a little dismissive. I checked my account and she just took off one of the blowouts on my package. No big deal but it would have been nice to use that first time blowout saving (especially because I was originally planning on coming more frequently and wanted to buy more packages/membership in the future). Maybe she didn't understand what I was trying to say but it would have been nice if she asked for more clarification or allowed me to confirm it rather than just asking to swipe my card for the additional service. I might just finish my package first and then decide later. I've also tried the other blowout salon here in town and while I enjoyed my experience a little more at the other salon, this experience was still good! Location is definitely convenient. Plenty of parking! And fantastic hours. They are open early which is a plus for early risers. Planning on coming again :) Special thank you to Savannah for the great blowout session!
My review is way overdue, but I wanted to make sure I got one posted regardless. My visit was for just a style, but I wish I'd done the wash too. My stylist was great. She was friendly
Returned for a complimentary blowout after, having cancelled my prior appointment due to long wait. This experience was great, was in and out in one hour. Employee was very kind and delivered a great service. I will be signing up to become a monthly member :)
