I love this store. A lot has changed since the last time I was there, and I’m not mad at that. The staff are great. The product are fantastic. But I dislike the fact that store was really hot, they did have some of the AC units, but when the store is full of body heat was not fun. I didn’t get to look around like I would normally and that is the only down fall.
I have been to many of these stores both in town and out of town. This store has gone from the top of the list way farther down. The predominant reason for this has been the staff. We would go to this store and have constant friendly discussions and interactions with staff. The staff were filled with knowledge and suggestions. It completely diverted feom that to what do you need, type of atmosphere. The staff are at times even rude. We go here more now just to pick up an online order or grab a missed item.
We took our daughter today for the first time with Carlie and we’re definitely going back! She took her time with my daughter and explaining what products I can use for her hair! I’m so glad we found her! We’re definitely going back!
