    I’ve Been training with Diana for a month and a half now began the 6 week challenge and it’s been AMAZING! I’ve lost 3lbs but most importantly and exciting I dropped a whole pant size‼️🙌🏼💪🏼 I just had a baby 5 months ago and my goal is to lean out and tone up ! I also enjoy Diana’s workouts so much that when I’m able to I book her for 1on1 trainings which are awesome !!! I just signed up for her 8 week challenge coming up ! I’m ready for long term results and she definitely provides what I was looking for and that is accountability, meal recommendations, weigh ins , sending her our MyFitness Pal results each week along with pictures of ourselves & the scale !! Yes That’s what I call True accountability ! Join her next challenge for sure you won’t regret it at all!!

    I have worked with Diana in a challenge. She is a great personal trainer! Very motivating, enthusiastic and she pushes you out of your comfort zone to get the full workout you deserve. She is also experienced enough to know when you have reached your weight/cardio capacity and is caring enough to offer modifications to ensure your safety. i recommend her 100%! She is great, and fun to workout with! 💪😻

    I heard many great reviews and recommendation to work with Diana. I know those that know me know that I'm outgoing but when it comes to being comfortable in my own skin and working out in the gym on top off that I was out of my comfort zone, but she has made it so easy to just be in the zone and not feel weird working out. I'm truly thankful that I had the chance to work out for her in the time I have. I have learn so much. I just need to focus on my nutrition but the tools I gain from her are priceless. I highly recommend y'all try it out. You truly won't regret getting her as a trainer she pushes you and she has the heart and the best interest for you in mind. (:
